PREPARATION METHOD OF KOLLU TIPPILI RASAM MIX

• Grind 5-6 garlic cloves with 3-5 curry leaves & 3-5 small onions (optional), make it a paste. Saute mustard in a pan & add above paste for few mins. Add 750mL to 1L of tomato/tamarind water, 1 teaspoon of kollu-tippili rasam mix, enough salt and keep in high flame for few minutes & serve hot.
• Add 1 teaspoon of kollu-tippili rasam mix to a glass of hot water/vegetable water, add enough salt and drink like soup for cold/cough.
