PREPARATION METHOD OF CARROT MALT
- Mix 2-3 teaspoons of Veetoon’s carrot malt with a glass of hot milk or hot water and drink hot. Keep in freezer for few minutes and drink cold.
- Use carrot malt instead of jaggery or cane sugar in making sweet snacks or payasam.
- Can be eaten as raw powder as sweet snack.
