Toor Dal, Horse gram Dal, Turmeric, Asafoetida, Thippili,
Curry Leaves, Chilly, Clove.

Manufacturing Method:

All ingredients are heat-roasted and powdered.

How to prepare Rasam:

Heat oil and add mustard; curry leaves & garlic. Add 1 liter
tamarind/tomato water, 2 teaspoons of RECIPE 247 powder
& enough salt. Off the stove after 3-5 mins and serve hot.
